    this is going to sound strange, I have been on Hydroxchloroquine for 1 and 1/12 yrs and have always had fine slightly wavy hair that had been thinning. I am full of curls now and it sorta started suddenly. They can also occur with chloroquine, a related drug. Hair loss and Plaquenil?     Has anyone experienced plaquenil toxicity with damage to eyes? Aug 01, 2009 I'd also like to add that the drug companies keep saying this toxicity is rare and yet, I keep hearing about all these people who've experienced vision loss. I'm thinking there needs to be a class action lawsuit soon before more people are left disabled by this drug.
