Jan 09, 2010 I have an enlarged spleen. but its mild at best and it does cause pain. especially in my floater ribs. if I eat too much or breathe in to deeply. but again its mild. I had ITP as a child and they wanted to remove my spleen bc of it but they finally got my platelet ordeal under control so they left my spleen alone.
